Are you wondering where to eat in Nashville? Or what is there to do? There is so much to do in Nashville even if you’re not visiting in the summer when there are a ton of special events. One thing about Nashville is that it has something to do for every type of traveler. For those that like relaxed leisurely activities you should try this tour and tasting at the Belle Meade Winery. If you prefer a wilder tour try taking a ride on this party tractor.
Now let’s address where to eat in Nashville. Let me pace myself because there are so many great places to eat that I could not list them all. You will not run out of restaurants to try. So starting with breakfast or brunch I have listed a couple places but I must emphasize that you should not skip going to Loveless Cafe if you can make it there. Their biscuits are soft and fluffy and served with delicious preserves. Their food is full of southern love, and the atmosphere is so great that you won’t mind waiting to be seated.
Of course since this is Nashville you cannot miss trying their hot chicken or a meat and three meal. I have listed great options in the cheat sheet below. But Peg Leg Porker is definitely what I would call great BBQ. They also have some creative appetizers like their Memphis sushi and saltines with cream cheese and pepper jelly.
Nashville is also known for their distilleries and I recommend you visit 6th and Peabody if you only have time for one place since they have such a wide variety of drinks.
